Shipping, Returns, and General Policies

Order Cancellation or Modification
Orders can be cancelled or modified only prior to shipping. We are generally flexible with swapping parts in orders, provided the corrected part is in stock. Cancellations and modifications can be done with no restocking fee. Refunds/additional charges will apply when modifications increase or decrease the total order value.
Refunds and returns are available for incorrectly shipped product ONLY. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure their order is correct prior to checkout and that the parts they order are correct for their respective applications. Shipping insurance is available via Route and UPS. Lost or damaged shipments will be given a claim number to contact either of these entities.
Most orders will be mailed 1-3 business days after date of order, though processing times may be longer during times of high order volume. All shipments will have tracking numbers provided at the time of shipping.
Unshipped orders can be combined into one package. This will be done automatically when known about (these are checked manually, emails are very much appreciated!!). Any additional shipping charges will be refunded, minus $0.50 per additional order.
Shipping costs are calculated by size and weight of your order and are shipped via UPS Ground if in the US's 50 states, USPS if in a US territory/APO/Military base/etc.
Shipping is restricted to US and domestic territories at this time.
Order addresses come directly from information supplied at the time of checkout. Accuracy of this information is the responsibility of the customer. Orders returned due to incomplete addresses or otherwise undeliverable status can be reshipped at the cost of the customer. If you do not wish to pay the additional shipping, you will receive a refund for products ordered and tax ONLY.
In the event of an order error (i.e. incorrect quantities or incorrect parts sent), we must receive notice within 30 days of your order delivery. Upon notification, we will verify our stock for discrepancies. If you claim is valid, and we have physical inventory to send, corrected parts/quantities will ship out within 1-2 business days. If your claim is valid and we do not have physical inventory, you will be issued a refund for the missing/incorrect part plus applicable tax.
Ordering Invalid Selections
As stated in multiple places, single part and full runner purchasing is no longer an option. If you manage to put an order for either through, the order will be classified invalid, cancelled, and refund subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
